Thanks to everyone who posted comments. I'll be having another giveaway soon, so stop by again.
Ok, so the weekend flew by, as usual. Not much happened. My husband and I went to a reverse raffle on Saturday and came home empty handed =( Had alot of fun tho! Sunday, we stayed in all day as we got buried with a foot of snow. Very pretty, but poor hubby was out at 8:30 p.m. trying to shovel our driveway out and unbury our cars. So while he was doing that, I managed to make a couple new cards. I'll post them tonight. I was too tired last night to take pictures.
Hope you all have a good day. Stay warm!!

I just got an email from Amy Rysavy whose blog I love to visit everyday, and she gave me some very encouraging words on what I've done so far. She completely rocks and comes up with the coolest things. If you've never visited her blog, do yourself and favor and take a look.

Ok, so here are the frames I made. Well, I bought the plain wooden frames at Michael's for $1 each then covered them with patterned paper. I was experimenting with the letters. I used watercolor markers then used sparkly embossing powder on them. I had a hard time trying to match the colors in the paper but they turned out ok for my first try.
I may still add some buttons or flowers or something to them. They look a little plain to me. What do you think?

Alot of you already know that I've been designing and selling my own digital scrapbook kits at Divine Digital and I've sort of been slacking lately on creating anything new. Well, I have a new-found addicition to card making and stamping and anything paper crafty! With a husband, 2 year old twins and a full-time job, there are not enough hours in the day to do everything. So I'm kind of putting digital scrapbooking on the back burner for now. I'll still be posting an occasional freebie here for you all tho.
So I'm a total newbie to creating cards and stamping. I started blog surfing and I've been bookmarking like crazy!! I've also been buying supplies like a mad woman. This is proving to be an expensive little hobby! I've created two cards and, well, they are not the greatest, but I don't think they turned out too bad for my first shot at it:
This one I made for a friend of mine who just had a baby
A simple Thank You card for a friend who sent my girls a xmas present.
I'd love to hear some feedback....any comments are appreciated. I've also made a couple of 4 x 6 photo frames for my daughters. I'll try to post pictures of them tonight.
OH, I'm also going to be doing some goodie giveaways <-----whoop-de-do!! Check back often!!
Ok, I'm shutting up for now!
