Need Suggestions

I'm making these coaster boxes for table centerpieces and I need an idea for what I can fill them with. I originally had planned to fill them with that paper filler stuff or easter grass then have these glittery butterflies sticking up out of the boxes but I tried it and it looked so stupid. Anyone have any ideas?

(In case you're wondering, the paper I used is from DCWV "Once Upon a Time" stack. So pretty!)

Hey Dawn,

Cute boxes, try filling with a shimmery shred or glass marbles. You know the flat ones that look like pebbleswould work at my Wal-Mart the have plastic ones... maybe with small easter eggs? Good luck...

Try using colored tissue paper, & then put in some cute plastic eggs, or anything else that is easter like.
I usually use tissue paper to replace the grass cause its just a big ole' mess, especially when you have kids! Lol

When I was doing craft shows I did a lot of mugs and candy bouquets. I used the tulle circles I found at Dollar Tree. I put some candy in the middle and tied with curling ribbon or a pretty bow. You could fill your boxes with those and then stick your butterflies in around them so they stand up. That way there is something to support the butterflies and kind of fill in around them. I hope this makes some sense to you.

Good Luck on the decorations. I am sure whatever you do the girls will love it.
